bay leaf
no salt seasoning from Costco
barley
carrots
Sugar snap beans
Corn
onions
celery
salt to taste
Directions
When rabbit peels easily from bone remove it, debone it.
I then removed the stock (put it through a sieve) into a large soup pot. Tossed in the bones for another hour of cooking. Removed the bones, then tossed in some barley (about a cup). Cut up some carrots (three medium), tossed in a can of corn, cut up some sugar snap peas (about I dunno...about a cup). Sprinkled on a good dose of no salt seasonnig and then cooked it up. About 20 minutes before serving I tossed in about half the rabbit (cut into bite sized pieces). Also added two big spoonfuls of spaghetti sauce.
This is one of the best soups I've ever made. Even my seven year old liked it and he does NOT LIKE SOUP! :) Hubby also commented...Good soup hun. (he tends not to touch rabbit dishes).
