The recipe can be found here. I added some rosemary, chives and sage for the fresh herbs and dropped a bay leaf into the bottom of the pan as well. Oh, and instead of using cooking onions, I tossed all my leftover Travelling onions into the pan. Gives a lighter onion taste than regular onion (prefer that).

The celery wasn't great (kinda old and stringy) which was disappointing as we had JUST bought it. But the strawberries nicely balanced with the slight tanginess of the chicken and potatoes...well...they are ALWAYS good (specially when they are your own).
On an nice side note: the lad completely ate his supper without complaining once...at least until his taters started getting cold and it was like Mom.. do i HAVE to eat them? told him to eat half of them and it was all good. :)
I'll make this again sometime I think...perhaps try it with rabbit sometime.. :)
